Squeeking cables
I have several annoying noises in my car, and one of them is located in the rear seat, just next to the right door.
I have removed the side of the rear seat ( the small , vertical piece of leather between the seat itself and the door. Only present on cars WITHOUT 3rd row), and below is a large cable set where squeeking is coming from the cablesrubbing against eachother and against the plastic cable guide. Any ideas on how to prevent this squeeking ? I can't imagine greasing IT :-) |

Not exactly sure but maybe...
Cord Guides? For the cables in the guide, can you fish shoe string ( or similar material) through them to fill in the void/spaces. http://www.leevalley.com/en/images/i...27k0706s02.jpg |

I usually use felt tape to silence rattles and cable play.

Yep...works great! Finding a rattle is about as tedious as finding a water leak!
