Aim Solo Users... Where Is Yours Mounted

i picked up a new aim solo but would rather mount it in a more permanent place rather then using the suction cup... i made a plate that i screwed in behind the steering wheel in my e46 m3 ...but want to see what you guys have done...thank you in advance....

I just use the suction cup for mine. I put it on the far side of the windshield to the right of the passenger. I don't look at while on the track, just like to review the data later.

Curious to see what you end up doing with yours, keep us posted

Most use the suction cup mounts.

ProClip has a assortment of mounts on their website that clip into place:



It does block the vent slightly, but it is an alternative. Check their website to see if any of them suits your needs.

thank you for the reply....ya ill keep you posted...im going to do a permanent mount along with a scan gauge II mounted somewhere as well....

How about permanent replacement of the cluster guage with there upgraded product with rpms and shift light?

The Solo will work better if it has a clear view of the sky. Keep it up on the dash for best reception
