Buttonwillow 2013-11-10 + AiM Solo DL + DashWare
This is my 4th visit to Buttonwillow this time with SpeedtrialUSA and the 2nd time using the Solo DL & DashWare. I now have a telemetry baseline from my previous 10-19 session. After analyzing the data I found the sections that I was not maximizing.
The graph shows the areas (Club Corner to Top of Phil Hill) that was lifting or not carrying enough speed. The changes merited nearly 4 seconds from my previous personal best. Constructive criticism is encouraged, keep in mind that I just started tracking a couple of months ago. Video (GoPro Hero3+)

Nice set up on the gauge cluster. Also nice to have you join us in the advanced group, I told you that the faster cars would "inspire" you to run a faster lap time. Two areas where you gain even more speed are going faster over bus stop and do not lift on the throttle going through the S's, especially the last one (the nannies will kick in for the autosave if you are going too fast). I see a sub 2:05 lap in your near future.

Nice! What setup are you running? Depending on setup I believe you can take riverside and phillhill quite a bit faster. Great time for your 4th time at BW

I take some credit for suggesting that he go into advanced because the intermediate guys were slowing him down. You need to get the Solo DL my man, that way you can see where you are either gaining or losing time plus no more transponder rental fees. Tom can hook you up with a Solo DL.

they need to already be off in the advanced group.

Apparently, there's a distinction between driving and lap times...

[QUOTE=surlynkid;14963114]It'll turn them off and slow down to learn how to really drive the car once I get hit 1:59.999 or faster with the nannies on. I will say that the nannies were working a good bit when I did my sub 2:02 laps.

Thanks for the Kudos and feedback guys.
This particular club runs a little slower with less groups than other outfits. I was fastest guy in the intermediate group by a couple of seconds and I was getting frustrated by the delay and lack of point by's. I checked the time sheets for advanced and my times were about two thirds down the list so I went for it. Next time with another club I would try running High Intermediate.
