Alpine Motorsports Club dead

Not sure if this info was already posted, but unfortunately, the anticipated Alpine Motorsports Club proposed for eastern Pennsylvania is dead. Developer sold to PA state gaming commission/nature conservancy. Too bad--it looked promising, and would have been a nice new alternative for those in the NY/NJ/CT/PA area.

Too bad, it had looked like they had a basic track in, just no buildings, etc.
