What the heck did my iphone do?

So I wanted to quick take a picture of my ALPINE WHITE and my iphone apparently turned it beige?!? Just for shits, I've tried fixing the temp on my snapseed app but that's certainly not the problem. It's bothering me enough that I want to open the pic in ps and selectively change the color

Guessing the cold light coming from your headlights threw off the white balance (among other things.) BTW funny front plate...
