The VRSF is a knock off of the HPF intercooler, the HPF unit was built first over 2 years ago, also they DO NOT offer the C-Clip design as the HPF has, so you will spend the difference if not more in installation time.

Keep in mind, also that these units ARE NOT HPF units re-labeled, we have not bought one of these to compare to the HPF units, but I would imagine the quality difference will be greatly noticeable.
