Residual Value

Hey Ryan,

I might be interested in this car. Do you have the residual value of the car once the lease is up?

Thanks

What are the costs to take over a car lease?

BMW Credit Application Fee: $100.00
BMW Lease Transfer Fee:$400.00

The $500 is collected at the time of transfer initiated and $400 refunded if credit turned down.

Normally there would be an additional $190 worth of fees from leasetrader, but I can save you that money and just do it directly through BMW financial services. BMW is one of the faster companies, usually the process takes 2-3 weeks tops. What part of Wisconsin are you from? My relatives all live in Madison.

Original payment was $575. I'm offering a $3000 incentive to bring the payment down to ~$425. Sale still pending....
