Safe/Uncrowded area to bed in brakes?

I live in NYC and am going to be in NNJ to get my brakes/rotors replaced. Anyone know of a quiet/deserted area where I can bed in my brakes? Route 17 obviously would be a bad idea...

Maybe I'm wrong here, but it doesn't really take a large area to do it. I'll just leave my development to the main road (45 mph area) and just do a few break ins there. I've been doing that method for the past 15 years of changing brake pads on my own. No issues.
