KW Adjustable Spring Sleeve Over Kit or Eibach Pro Springs...

Any knows the difference between KW Adjustable Spring Sleeve Over Kit vs. Eibach Pro Spring? Debating on slightly lowering my E93 with retaining EDC function and Im choosing between these 2 options.

I would appreciate your input.

I just installed the KW Spring sleeve coilover kit on my E92. Drives great & almost OEM ride. just slightly harsher on bumps but not much at all.

Why only chose the two options above? What about Dinan?

Dinan is overpriced for something so simple like springs. I was looking at the Dinan Stage 1 and 2 and there like $800-$1200.

LOL....try $1188 (stage 1) or $1627 (stage 2), plus tax and install. Something so simple like springs...you would think. However, there is obviously a big difference between what Dinan offers, and the other spring manufacturers. The stage 2 kit adds more than just springs. It adds a 28.5mm front sway bar, and matching bump stops and replacement front guide supports. Dinan's price is what it is. The mark-up might be a little on the high side, but from what I hear, Steve Dinan's engineering and research into the BMW suspension aspect, is second to none. I was quoted $2,853 (approx), which includes install, and four-wheel alignment. Dinan is not just a swap out your springs and your on your way.

I was gonna go the "just springs" route, even considered the tempting KW s/o kit untill I did more research. For me, money aside, after speaking to reps at KW, Dinan, and two different authorized dealers of both on this forum, Dinan seemed to fit my driving style.

Unless you are tracking your car, IMHO, COs may be too much for the crappy street roads. Even if I decided on COs, although plenty of people swear by KW, and I have nothing against them, only what I hear, and read, I would probably go with something different, like a set of JRZs. But hey, there is a product for everyone. If you do decide to get the KW s/o kit, let mek now how it goes. I really did consider this route in the future. This of course would totally debunk my post, but still, it's JMHO.

Ill probably end up going with the Eibachs since im doing it strictly based on looks. The eibachs have a perfect drop with the 220's.

Eibach I hear is a great ride. But RD Sports I heard are the best, from a guy who I talked to at Bimmerfest East this year who had Eibachs and switched to RD Sports.
