Turn Signal Change in Connecticut

Hey guys,

Like the title says -- My front left turn signal is OUT...

While the car is under warranty, I am pretty sure my OSS lights ARE NOT

Could anyone recommend a good shop that will do this quickly, cleanly, and painlessly?
