Questions about electronic suspension please!

Hi all,
A friend owns a 2008 m3. He said he has electronic suspension, which can be set "normal, sport, ect..."

His question is if he gets the coil-overs, he'll no longer able to use the electronic settings, correct?

Is there a coil-overs kit that "plug & play" with the BMW's unit?

He wants to get the coil-overs to lower the car, but still want to use these features. Possible? if yes, which coil-overs please?

Ground Control has a conversion kit that works with EDC. I've had it for 1.5 years and love it.
