Torque specs for rear toe arms?

Searched and couldn't find it. I will be installing RE rear toe arms and I need the torque specs for the two bolts that hold each arm. If anyone has this info, it would be greatly appreciated...and would these need to be tightened in normal position or not. Thanks!
