YES but it ain't pretty...

3.9% (.00255 money factor), with a 55% residual value.

That's basically:
$852/month with $2,500 down
$790/month with $4,500 down
$727/month with $6,500 down

Based on final price of $46,405 + taxes/title/license

I was told the residual was 60%. Is it different in different parts of the country? Either way not a good deal on a 1M lease.

Is that a 15k/yr. lease? What % do you add to the residual for 10k/yr.?

this is what I have seen posted from Tarry@leasecompare for the BMW FS rates,

2011 BMW 1 Series M Coupe Lease
24 Month – Residual 61% of MSRP – .00200 Base Rate
36 Month – Residual 53% of MSRP – .00200 Base Rate
48 Month – Residual 45% of MSRP – .00200 Base Rate
60 Month – Residual 32% of MSRP – .00200 Base Rate

Residuals posted are for 15K miles/year. Add 2% to Residual for 12k mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms. BMWFS acquisition fee is $725

HMM not sure why there are different residuals. I guess 55% is better for me since I'll be buying it at the end of the term.

Also my rates were based on 10k/year according to the dealer. I'd love to know if anyone else was getting a different deal, they're telling me these rates are coming from BMWNA/BMWFS and they can't do anything about them because it is a special car.

Very ugly indeed.

Can't see it being that low. Might have to sell privately when it comes time.
