Make sure it's not from anything else, and then call for warranty.

Car driven through winter?
Could also be winter build up.

A dose of WD-40 is a good idea of you drive your car through winter.

I'm honestly not sure, I'm experiencing the same loud popping nose and feedback through my steering wheel. I've read that this is an issue(for pss10) with other manufacturers too. Some claim that it's the front end link can't compensate for the suspension + aftermarket sway. I honestly haven't the slightest clue.

I should add that I have experienced the same thing previously - Bilstein warrantied it. This time around the warranty process is a bit more of a headache. They no longer allow you to buy 2 fronts and use while they examine your warranty claim. You basically have to take it apart and send it back, let them examine. If they can fix it they will, if not they will give you new ones. I'm somewhat tired of this, having paid $2200 I expect it to run a longer than 6-8 months.

Oh! And something like this was applied when installing the coilovers...since I knew the car was going to be driven in the winter.
