Is KW V3 softer than Non-EDC?

After buying E90 M3, my wife often complains that sitting in the rear seat is uncomfortable because of the stiff OEM suspension.

In order to provide a comfortable ride to the rear seat passengers in a daily drive, I am going to replace the OEM non-EDC suspension, is KW V3 a good choice?

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

KW Variant 3 rides better than stock suspension. Driving over small bumps is smooth. You are making a very good choice. Contact Sonic MS in Mountain View.

you can set KW V3 to be pretty soft and comfortable. there's quite a range of adjustment thats possible.

Not saying it won't happen, but buying coilovers for a more comfortable ride doesn't really make sense to me.

I'd give it more time to get accustomed to the ride or maybe try softer springs if all you're concerned with is ride quality.

I say give her some time to get used to it before making the swap & do your best to avoid bumps/manholes when possible or turn radio up so you can't hear her complain

btw my wife said the same thing so since I have EDC I played w/ settings to show her difference & wow was she relieved when I put it back into comfort mode, so your wife will get used to it too eventually
