Spongy pedal after StopTech install

Just picked up my car tonight after a StopTech ST60/ST40 380/355 BBK installation. LOOKS great on the car, but the pedal feel is horrible. Probably an inch or so of dead zone at the top of the brake pedal travel, and then a spongy feel. Car still brakes safely and forcefully once the pedal is really down, but it's difficult to modulate the pedal given the dead space followed by sponginess. This can't be right--tell me it's air in the system or something easily rectified. The shop that did it is a well-regarded place with a loyal following, and they did the full StopTech-recommended bedding-in procedure after installation this afternoon.

If the pedal fees spongy, my guess is that you need to bleed the brakes.

After I installed my Stoptech BBK, the pedal is actually much firmer than with the stock brakes.

My Brembo BBK made the pedal MUCH firmer. You definitely have air in the lines.

ap racing BBK and the pedal is so firm i actually thought something is wrong...... lol

tiny little give at the top then firm firm pedal.

the only way i get even get a remotely softer feel is to very slowly depress the pedal while the car is stationary...... the quicker i hit the middle pedal, the harder the feel.

im running pagid blue which i believe Add to this firm feel
