Anyone heading to Summit Point next weekend (Oct 2) with Trackdaze?

I'll be heading down to the area Friday night to check out the table games in Charles Town.

Just curious if I should look for any board members at the track on Saturday.

if you're looking for cheap tables at Charlestown, don't count on it. It'll be minimum $25 per hand, unless that's cheap for you, then I like how you roll.

Eh we'll see what develops.

Usually after a track day on Shenandoah I'm pretty knackered - it's a busy drive. But I'd go peek around in Charlestown anyway.

Let me know how it is. My friends convinced me not to go few weeks ago. They were saying the place is small and not enough tables, just slots.

I'm just hoping for $1/2 hold 'em. I had heard that the house games are pretty high stakes.

they have $1/2 hold 'em, but ppl sitting there hold like $300+ worth of chips, they can wipe you out fast with just a single bet if all you want to play is like $50 of hold 'em. Plus they may not have many tables doing $1/2 so you may have to wait, let me know how it works out for you

With the other tables:
The last 2 times I went on a weekend, it was packed, you couldn't get in on a game, and even if you did it was $25 minimum for all games, and 1/3 of the rest were $50 mins, all packed.

They charge that cuz they're the only game in town with tables, but it's F#$#$ing crazy. At least it's still cheap to bet on horses.

We didn't even bother with the blackjack or craps tables since we expected high stakes. The wait list for $1/2 (and $2/4, for that matter) was absolutely absurd though. Would have been about a 3 hour wait, so we just rolled out to the hotel.
