Saw it and clicked on it since I'm not the squeamish type. Honestly, I'm not so sure it was a pimple. It reminded me of the vid that was up on the Sherdog forums a long time ago where someone thought they were popping a large zit on their cheek. In reality, it was a spider bite and he was squeezing out his liquified/semi-liquified tissues.
