VA state inspection(Exhaust)

I am planning to change exhaust system for my m3 e92

with one of these :

1. Active Autowerke(AA) BMW E9X M3 Signature Exhaust System

2. Magnaflow Exhaust System(Part#16814)

3. Eisenmann Exhaust for the BMW M3 - 4x83mm round tips (RACE)

4. Supersprint Street Muffler w/ Round Tips Quad 80mm Round(Part#022 980 706)

and i was wondering that if i can pass the inspection with these Exhausts?

any experience?

You should be fine with just a slip-on exhaust. Touching the primary cats would be a problem in NOVA since we have to do emissions test every two years.

Like everyone else has said, as long as you change just the muffler you will be fine.
