Comparison Pictures of Philips OEM 4300K HID v. Philips Ultinon Flash Star 6700K HID
The Silverstone II with Matte Black vinyl wrap (navfaz) has OEM Philips 4300K HID bulbs.
The Alpine White (frankzlin79) has Philips Flash Star Ultinon 6700K HID bulbs. As you can see, the 6700K bulbs appear much brighter and more purplish/white compared to OEM. PM The vendor Mike@F1autohaus for price. That's who I bought it from. You can also order direct from the website. You need to order the D1S which is listed at $189 for a pair.

I've got the GP Thunder Mutant edition. Just kidding. It's just the camera settings and angle. In real life, his LUX were much brighter than my GP Thunders.

Just saw Frank's M3 in person yesterday & the color looks nice! I'm just worried about brightness b/c in theory, the closes thing to pure white is 4300k & the higher you go from there, the more dim it is. At least that's what I thought?!?

In theory, you are correct. But in reality, I feel that the 6700K is much brighter. Just look at the pictures...the pics no lie ha ha! Next time you are in town, you can check out the 6700K at night time to really see the improvement.
