I don't know what test they're using to determine his/her gender, but I can think of a test that doesn't take more than a couple of seconds.

I thought the exact same thing. The upper torso didnt seem like a ''built'' woman's either. I still think it could be a woman. I listened to the father and I have a pretty good B.S. meter.

Gender is not as clear as it may seem...

there are people that are phenotypically female (female breast, vagina) but are genically male ...meaning that they have XY chromosomes...Complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, 5-alpha-reductase deficiency and 17-alpha-hydroxylase deficiency come to mind...
