if only the gray gtr was red. would've been very patriotic.

wouldn't it be nice if you owned all three of those?

I love the 2nd photo.

Great shots!!!

Very good. I think the exposure is perfect for my taste.

Do you mind posting some of the setting info on the 2nd shot as in the shutter speed/aperture/ISO, etc? any flashlight used (diffusers or filters used?)

Thanks

Thanks guys, it was some abandon street, pretty scary actually good thing there was a "group" of us.

A lot of the "good" lighting was from flash and a few different exposures.

Thanks guys, and if you ask me where the location is I really honestly wouldn't know because we were cruising around LA for an hour or so and just stopped at this random location haha.

I've had some fun doing these low light shots using a huge flashlight, like the 1,000,000 candle power spotlights. You can "paint" the car. It took me lots of tries, but I had some cool results. If you are reasonably close, you can use a big mag light.

I believe it.

Just goes to show, it's a little bit the fiddle, much more who holds the bow.

So many people try to shit on the kit lenses, and you have proved they can make a great image. D80 is also a helluva camera. But its still all about what's behind the viewfinder.

Totally, a lot of models in the past have rejected my offers to photograph them simply because they see I use a D80 and it's not pro level like the D700 or D300. It's stupid to assume that it all has to do with the camera and not the person shooting.

Nice. I'd be afraid of getting a flat tire in that neck of the woods.
