I currently own e90 for now..and I am planning to lease a 128i next month.
looks like I can't wait for the production, so I am most likely going to pick one up in their lot.

Can you recommend me any SA that would give great deal???
how much % can I expect off the MSRP???

where did you get your E90? go back to the same dealer to get a quote, does repeat customer get a better pricing?
also shop around, I know Philip from BMW Store, nice guy, get quotes from him as well.

correct, the discount $2500 is ONLY if you buy the car with CASH basis.
which put you in a better neogitating position so you can ask them to deduct admin/doc fees etc...

Lease rate for 1 series is @ 3.9%
finance rate is @ 2.9%
both lease and finance options they will charge you for the admin/doc fees.

don't buy tire insurances if they offer

choose your best option, do you want to own the car for a long time or just to have fun with it for the next 3-4 years and return it?
