What I don't get is that these cars use an AMG engine, so why can't mercedes make their cars sound like this? They would sell a lot more if they did. Even the road legal ones sound amazing.

I know, right? When the Zonda F Roadster did it's lap on Top Gear, I had to watch it a few times over. Clarkson wasn't kidding when he said it sounded like an F1 car

a unique sounding car for sure.

nmulax my M used to sound like a F1 car with straight pipes. the crackling barble and high note was sweeeeet.

I don't know about the engines now, but the first ones used a different version of the old 6.0 V12 of the late 90's

That sounds AMAZING! One of the best sounding exhaust notes on the planet. At full tilt flying by and then down shifting made the hair on the back of my neck stand-up!

That car is just perfection.

Until now, this was my favorite sounding car - Murc with Kreis-sieg exhaust. Spine tingling and a bit more "affordable" than the Zonda.
