Dealer tires and rims insurance?

Did anyone buy the tires and rims insurance from the dealer? How much did you pay?

If I recall correctly, it was either $675 or $975. I baulked at it regardless.

I can't wait for the day when my run-flats are worn out and I can replace them with normal tires.

They cover worn outs too?

No, just losses due to non-fixable run-flats, pro-rated for wear.

mine was 1095...seemed like a bargain considering the total proce tag of the car.
