Phonebook problems

I cannot get my phonebook to be recognized/found through Bluetooth. I can bring my contacts up on the screen, but when I tell it to dial a name, it says the phonebook is empty. I even met with my CA and she was stumped.

Anyone have the same problem? Solution?

Unfortunately the voice phonebook is completely unrelated to the Phonebook on your phone. You have to record your own phone numbers separately, using the "SAVE NAME" (?) command. Actually my manual is incorrect (and I am not near it right now to remember the exact details), but the commands to record new numbers and names are wrong.
