Anyone with Comfort Access + FormulaOne Tint?

Trying to see if anyone has had problems with CA after the tinting. Planning to put F1 on mine when it arrives in a few days.

Thanks!

I'm getting the work done today - I'll let you know how it goes. I don't see why you would have problems with CA though?

I was told by the tint people who tint the BMW's from my dealership that they do have to use a certain tint so that the signals penetrate the tint so the CA will function correctly.

Of course it costs about 25% more.

What type of Formula 1 tint are you planning to install. I would think the problem would be more for the Metallic tint. I don't see it being a problem with Ceramic tint thought.

ya ceramic tint is probably what you're going for - that's what i'm using anyways. No problems so far - fingers crossed. Just curious as to what your SA told you would go wrong with your CA if you didn't use ceramic

I had just heard stories of tint messing up CA on the forums. Since a lot of people are going formula one, i figured i could speak with a few people and make sure theirs was fine. it might only be an issue on lower quality tints.

Ok - ya I've heard that metallic MAY interfere with the electronics. To be honest, I'm not sure how much metallic tint interferes with car electronic, I've had metallic before and didn't seem to have a problem.

What kind of prices are you guys getting for the FormulaOne and what kind of tint are you planning? I've always used them in the past but haven't been able to price them out on the one yet.
