WTB: E90 M3 <70K miles

Hello, I would love to get into the E9X community, I work with BMW and have fallen in love with the car and would love the opportunity to own one. I'm looking for a clean E90 M3 under 70K miles and Under $40K, Either DCT or 6MT will do, most color combos would work too. LCI would be preferred but not required. If anyone of you are looking to sell yours, let me know, would love to chat!

I do plan on doing tasteful mods as well including intakes, exhaust, lowered if not ZCP, and some IND cosmetics so if you have any of those all the better!

Possibly looking for my forever car here so if any of you have advice, I would be happy to hear it!

There is a AW E90 on Cl here is phoenix. Carvana I believe owns it. Looks like they want 44k for it.

I'll be posting my Jerez 2011.5 E90 M3 DCT with 72k miles in a few weeks. Will be mostly stock with just Euro DCT tune and engine tune. MRF serviced RB's and all associated maintenance a little over your budget of $40k.

98k miles but very good spec, well maintained and modified.
