Logic 7 Audio Cutting Out

When I go over bumps in my 2008 535xi with the Logic 7 system the audio will cut out. The only way this audio will come back is to slam the brakes or hit another bump. Eventually it will get so bad after driving for some time that it doesn't come back and it just says SOS malfunction. I have my satellite module bypassed and it worked great for a long time like that. I double checked and redid the bypass loop and that hasn't solved it so the problem is somewhere else. Been dealing with this problem for probably 6 months now and it's time to fix it. Any suggestions?
