Transfer 'Powered by BMW M' Badge

Hey guys,

I've got the 1M engine cover (technically 335is has same spec n54 so why not) and will be getting a new Nelson 1x1 CF engine cover in the next few weeks. What's the best way to apply the badge to new cover? 3M VHB seems like it would be too thick to me Is there something else high heat that is known, couldn't find much searching. Also will be removing the badge with that thin white plastic roundel remover thing, maybe buy fishing line if needs be

Thanks

I have been told that Pyrat Rum is the only solvent that can remove this badge

Well, thanks. I believe Crown has many of the same properties as the solvent you linked, I'm however wondering if there is a good sticky thing I can reapply to the badge for the new engine cover.

I haven't used this personally but it looks promising for this application:
