Good luck with the sale, you never know what people are willing to pay for a certain color combo but you have a non-individual color F80. There are equally equipped 2018s with the icon headlights for less money. Might want to check what similar cars have sold for recently.

When does the factory warranty expire? Any reason as to why it's not registered?

Not sure when the warranty expires. Assume it’s sometime next year. Reg. lapsed because it failed window tint (too dark). I wasn’t taking the tint off the car and received a waiver from my eye doctor. Haven’t driven it at all, so I haven’t been back for a follow up inspection.
