Wowwwwwwww.
Makes me wish I would have picked up that 6MT LSB last year. I still have his number... |

Funny I was watching and checking it out yesterday when it was at $54,000 - I thought oh geez...it'll cap out at max $60K....
Kind of sad part is it's just going to be stuck in a garage and never really enjoyed....of course that's me just being jealous that I didn't buy it The car is so well sorted and looks amazing...

Crazy but hey people have the money and it's a gorgeous specimen and you aren't going to find a whole lot of beautifully modded 17 year old cars with such low mileage.
It is a shame this car looks so ready to enjoy and probably won't be.

I love a smurf colored car as much as any but I will be bold enough to say he paid way too much when you look at this: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...he-911-gt3-15/

Supply and demand - but only if the owner polishes it and sticks it in a cage will that value go up. Remember - he had at least one other person pushing the price up which means theres at least 2 people on earth willing to pay $90K for a E46. I remember in 2008 my brother sold his E39 M5 with ~40k miles for $16K. That car kept as a weekend driver for the past 10 years would've probably doubled-tripled in value (even though it probably would have cost $20K for the 10 years up upkeep).

$176,000 e39 M5, so over $180,000 with fees.

Saw it in the flesh at cars and coffee San Clemente yesterday. It's one of the cleanest examples I've seen in a while, very nicely executed. From what I gather the new owner is a genuine BMW enthusiast and simply had to have the car in his stable. |
