35 BMW Centers honored as Centers of Excellence

Woodcliff Lake, NJ – March 13, 2018… BMW of North America, LLC is announcing its annual Center of Excellence honors. We are pleased to award 35 centers out of 345 as 2018 Center of Excellence winners. BMW of North America continues its success in the luxury automotive industry based on the excellent performance of these centers in 2017.

As a result of their excellence 2017 performance on eight different Sales and Aftersales Key Performance Indicators, these centers out performed their peers.

“The Center of Excellence recognition rewards the BMW Centers who excel in their key business metrics,” said Bernhard Kuhnt, President and CEO, BMW of North America, LLC. “This year’s 35 winners are the ultimate performers, the best of the BMW network, and we are proud to have them representing the brand.”

New you're fine. I bought CPO from them.

I would be less bothered but I was flying in to get it. I asked ahead of time about the prep and was told "sir, this is a BMW center of excellence". I get there, walk up to the car and say, the taillight is cracked and the moulding on the rear door is not attached all the way around.

I swear they did nothing but wash the car when they took it in. My local dealer had to fix all the little things MB missed.

Damn. Both of the dealerships in VA and MD that were on the list in 2017 didn't make this list.

I really was expecting Prestige BMW to win in jersey. Mt Laurel BMW is local to me they are very cool and help a lot..

This remind me of a time when bmw sales guy told me "I'll send you a survey but only if you'll give me an absolute 100%, if not then I won't send it"
