AA Midpipe + MPE

Hey guys so I got my shop to install my AA midpipe onto my stock exhaust and I love the sound! But I wanted to add some more volume and change things up. So I purchased a M Performance muffler and now I want to install. My question to you guys is how easy will it be to install my AA midpipe from stock muffler to M Performance muffler? Simple task, or is it now more difficult because one cut has already been made?

This is a difficult task especially if you want to just connect the MPE muffler itself to the AA mid.

With the MPE midpipe it's a simple cut and clamp/weld.

Without the MPE midpipe, you have to custom fab the connections to the inner pipes, and also custom fab piping to install the valves on the outer pipes.

Basically, if you want to avoid crazy fabrication or damaging the muffler itself, you have to use the MPE mid.

Ask @Hexone he's attempting it ATM

There are a few people running this set up. You have to cut the MPE in order to fit the AA Mid Pipe.

I know some people just went the simpler route and fabricated a single mid pipe

The only issue is I only bought the M Performance muffler, without the MPE midpipes.

He'll have to cut out a section from his stock exhaust to bridge the AA midpipe to the MPE. It's possible, but he would have to cut the MPE or weld it

Here's a side by side picture of MPE next to Dinan with AA, you have to cut the MPE mid pipe for sure.

Again the issue is because I only have the M Performance muffler, I DO NOT have the M performance midpipes. So need to figure out a way to connect the new muffler to my AA midpipe.

A muffler shop should be able to fabricate something..... Have you tried going to a local shop?

A friend of mine had King's Muffler, a shop in LA, fabricate connecting pipes for the AA to his Akrapovic so there was no cutting or welding
