Track Night in America at NJMP 5/10/17 - Anyone Else?
SCCA's Track Night in America are track day events hosted on week days and they begin in the afternoon. For $150, it's pretty cheap for 3 or more ~25 minute sessions.
Just like other DE's, you register for novice, intermediate, or advanced. I participated in 2015 and am planning to go again this year on May 10th, which will be held on the Thunderbolt course, and possibly again in fall. Anyone else registered? https://www.tracknightinamerica.com/...-jersey-may-10

$150 is cheaper than I have ever seen for HPDE, but I am not familiar with this club.
How do they run their events, anyone can give us a feedback?

TNIA has the typical skill based run groups, novice has instructors. I ran in Advanced last time and it was just like any other track day. There were 3 sessions of 20-25 minutes. 1 session less than some events but it's also considerably cheaper.

I know SCCA is one of the largest racing bodies in the United States.
Just never seen them run HPDE events before

SCCA is having a special if you sign up in March for a April Track Night In America event. If you want a SCCA membership and haven't had one you get both for $100. Other combinations too.

Yeah, I did a few of the Midwest ones last year. It's not bad if you don't have the time/interest for a full track day.

This is a great option if you live close by. I did this a couple of times at the Milwaukee Mile when I loved 10 miles away.
Plenty of fun with minimal commitment. Car doesn't take a massive beating since it's only 3 sessions. Don't need to drag extra crap, swap tires and other stuff.
