I'm not a traffic lawyer, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but you may want to consider deleting your YouTube video that shows you on an identifiable public road and describes driving in excess of 100mph.

Do NJ tickets stick to NY licenses(if you have a NY license)? I would do some research on that.

per NY DMV:

https://dmv.ny.gov/tickets/about-nys...r-point-system

"Out-of-state convictions

If you are convicted of a traffic violation in another state or country, points are not added to your New York State driving record, unless the violation occurred in Ontario or Quebec.

New York State has a reciprocal agreement with Quebec and Ontario. Traffic violation convictions that occur in these provinces are recorded on your New York State driver record, and the convictions have the same effect and carry the same points as convictions that occur in New York State. This can affect your driver violation point total and Driver Responsibility Assessment."

Yes, but I may have heavy restrictions in NJ if I Don't do anything about. I never plead guilty. With that being said, the tickets we all received involve potential jail time or HIGH HIGH fines. SO I'm sourcing the best legal team to fight this or at least get away with 1 thing...

oh ya, I would definitely get the best legal help you can get. I thought it was a minor speeding violation or something.

Anyway goodluck!!

you'll be fine. nothing will involve jail times as NJ simply wants your money. hire any decent lawyer and a few charges will immediately be dropped and the rest negotiated. a few hundred bucks on tickets and on the lawyer and you'll be on your way.

What was the caravan doing that you believe you can get jail time or high fines?

This ^^^^^^ If you had committed any "jail able offenses" you guys would have been arrested. They just want the fines. Since there were NO DWI's as long as you answer the summons, they can't do anything to your NY license.

Yeah, I call it the "Car Event Stings" They have done this for years. They know that it is a treasure trove for , No Plate/Tints/ Illegal Exhaust tickets. And usually speeding as well. They will usually follow/pace a group and then have the road block set up ahead. Back in the day , they actually used air support too. It sucks you guys got caught up in this.

Bro I would've took anyone of those tickets but we got way worse. They could give one shit about tints or license plates at this "sting"

That sucks. Sorry to hear

When you say cruising did you really mean going triple digit speeds? I assume thats the case if you are talking about potential jail time.

What's up Alan. Obviously I can tell you this in person next time i see you, but it was surely BS. 100% fact. We were set up from the start. If we did anything criminal like going over 100 they would have singled us out and probably done more damage.

This is purely a tax collector job. Not only does the state make money but also our attorneys will probably get $1000 a pop. We're talking about 25 cars here and everyone got the same exact three tickets. This is the New Jersey economy working at its best, pure corruption.
