If you follow us on social media or if you read our latest weekly review, you must have noticed this car and expected it to surface on our journal sooner than later. The new BMW X5M is a stunning car, this beautiful SUV is powered by a 4.4L V8 engine which delivers 575hp to all four wheels. An impressive vehicle without a doubt but here at Baan Velgen we know how to further improve on such a car. One of our customers brought in his brand new car and the result is this BMW F85 X5M with HRE Wheels & Akrapovic Exhaust.

The owner of this car took his time to think about he wanted his car to be, he had it for a while and contacted us several times for some advice and information. The first thing he wanted us to do was installing a fresh set of wheels, he went with 21 inch HRE P103 wheels finished in Satin Black so we send out the order to HRE Performance Wheels to have them made and shipped out to us. These wheels are made to order, ensuring a perfect fitment and load bearing ability for this particular car. The next step was getting our hands on an exhaust system for our customers car. Akrapovic had just finished developping their titanium system for the car so we placed the order straight away, which meant this would become the first X5M equipped with this system in our country. Once we received the Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system, we went right ahead and installed it underneath this stunning car. We wrapped up the job with tinting the windows of the car, darkening the taillights and rear reflectors and blacking out the chrome on the little vents behind the front wheels. Our customer left happy and with a stunning exhaust sound after this!
