18" Riva DTM's on E82- What sizes?
So was originally planning on VMR VB3 alloys, but they may be a bit out of my price range. So after looking around a bit I found a lot of BMW owners are using Riva DTM alloys as a cheaper solution. The VMRs came as 8.5j front and 9.5j rear, and the rivas come in 8j front 8.5j rear I'm guessing it doesn't matter too much on just a daily 120d?
My other question is, everywhere I'm putting my make and model of my car in to find alloys is returning the Riva DTM's as ET34 front and ET37 rear, though I found a discussion on babybmw asking about the same alloys that size and someone has commented that ET34 / ET37 are E90 sizes and are "too stanced to fit inside the arches properly". What sizes should fit perfectly? would be nice if they sat under arches perfectly without spacers or anything! |

Ballpark +45/50 is ideal, higher if you want to stuff a ton of rubber under there.

I thought it was around that but couldn't be sure, thank you! Is it worth spending the extra on the vmr's for 8.5j, 9.5j rears? Or am I just as well getting the 8/8.5j DTM for a lot cheaper?
