Celebrated my 45th BIRTHDAY!!!

It is amazing to me when I sit back and think of the actual number... Almost half a Century! BUT, the awesome thing is, I don't look or more importantly feel like it! Very 'young at heart'. I try and laugh as often as possible and something my beloved 101yr old Grandmother (still living!) always says, "Don't Stress". But eating healthy, working out and getting @ 8hrs of sleep daily are also vital to looking and feeling great.

I received gift cards for the most part except for these 2 bottles of amazing sipping Rums, which is my favorite besides cognac!

Thanks! It was. I was on the verge of over doing it (which is expected on your BD) but luckily I turned down multiple shot and drink offers as the night winded down. Hang Overs are Focking miserable! And after winding up in the ER on my 35th birthday... Never again LOL! But still an amazing and late night for this old dude: went to bed @ 4am.
