JB4 Wastegate Plug

Guys,

I am lost here.

Where are the wastegate connectors? Trying to install a JB4 and I CANT FIND THEM?!?!?!?!

They are a little difficult to locate. Both are on the passenger side of the engine - one toward the front and one toward the back. You'll want to take the CF brace out and loosen the airbox cover to get your hand down in there. Note, make sure the engine is cool before starting the process.

The front one is pretty easy to get to once you find it. The rear, not so much. It's tucked behind and under that aluminum pipe and the connector releases toward the rear of the car. If you have gorilla hands this will be more difficult.

I'll see if I can get a pic.

Edit. Also may help to remove the plastic engine cover. Its just held on by rubbery friction knobs. Take the oil fill cap out and pull the plastic cover off.

Thank you very much but somehow my skinny hands and arms came in handy and I only had to undo the airbox hose nothing else. I appreciate it though.
