Such a tease! Please don't let this be a 5hp increase with a 2k+ price tag. If it is, it's just another marketing scheme by teasing everyone. Hope you prove me wrong. Your products are great, don't let us down!

Except the 40 rwhp gain from Arma Edit: Not taking anything away from AWE; they look to have quality products. Just expect to really only gain sound and looks, not rwhp.

Completely agree. That's why I don't see the point in teasing everyone. We all know that we're not gonna see any huge gains coming from an intake, besides sound and looks. I just hope that it doesn't come along with a 2k+ price tag for minimal gains, if any. I appreciate a well made, and greatly engineered product. But teasing everyone before it is released without any info, price or performance numbers is just another marketing scheme to lure in potential customers. Just release the product and info all at the same time and let the consumers be the judge if it is a good product. Tired of all these companies using marketing tactics on these forums to try and entice a customer to buy their product before it is actually released. Like I said, I think AWE is a great company with great products, just no need to tease us into buying something we don't know much about.

At this point in time I am leaning toward the GruppeM. Not because its the most expensive, but because it looks the best hands down, and from what I have been told, it sounds the best and puts down as much power as the next one. So its the leader at present. I want the best. Not the best value for minimum spent, The best Period! I understand most people want to stretch their dollar until it snaps, but I want the best possible outcome for my car. Not the best outcome for my wallet. I understand you cannot have both. When did forums become about getting the most amount power per the smallest amount outlayed? When did price suddenly become the benchmark of whether a product was great or not? Quality remains Long after Price is forgotten. Given me a trouble free product without excuse that gives the best look, the best sound and the best performance and you deserve to be paid the MOST money. Uncommon sense really? |
