M performance exhaust carbon tip rattles

I've been having problem with one of my m performance carbon tip. The second one from the left will rattle when the car is cold. It gets better when the car warms up but this is really annoying. No matter how i tighten up the tip the rattle still exists.

PS: i've replaced two carbon tips already due to quality problem, really shocked how poor the quality is. The sound is amazing but i don't know why BMW can't just use clamps instead of allen key screws to tighten the tips...
