CAS and TPMS module went for a swim

Hi- I need help figuring out what to do on this...

Took my car to get a dent fixed and when it was prepped, water got sprayed into the module housing on the passenger side of the rear bumper. Totally drenched my CAS and TPMS modules and now circuit boards are fried. Key FOB now doesn't work and I haven't been able to find a thread via search button that covers this....so here it is: How do I code a new CAS to the my current DME and key FOB? I'd rather not have to buy a whole new set of CAS+FOB from the dealership if I can help it.

(I told the shop and they are getting back to me on working to fix it but I am planning on the worst.)

Any thoughts would be appreciated. On the bright side, my fender looks shiny and great! Just trying to find the positive in this otherwise crappy situation. Thanks, guys.
