Speaker not working

The speaker in my driver's door (RHD) has stopped working. All the other speakers seem to be working still. I have the base level 135i stereo. Any ideas what I should be looking for or where I should take it (in Sydney)? Was thinking of just taking it to BMW as taking apart the door panel is beyond me.

As further background, I have just got the car back from the panel shop after a dent in the panel behind the driver's door was fixed. I don't think they had to take apart the driver's door, but they did respray it. Could it be connected? Curiously, the driver's side angel eyes also stopped working the day I picked it up, so I took it back and the panel shop then replaced the bulb (which seems to have blown) and it is now working. It was on the drive home that I noticed the speaker was not working.

Thanks for any help.

Take it back to that shop. They took your door(card) panel off and must have knocked the speaker connector off.

Thanks very much for your help. Would they definitely have to have taken the door card off to respray the outside? I expect they won't be too thrilled to see me back a second time so just want to have as much information as possible in case they won't take responsibility.

Thanks again

Just back from the panel shop. It was a failure to hook the speaker back up. Thanks again for the help
