HELP base stereo coding

My car came with the base stereo. (No amp) I had my BMW dealer change my HU to tophifi. My sound got really quiet. I then installed an aftermarket system but it only brought me back to factory loudness. Should I go back to base or HiFi or leave it tophifi?

I installed 2 Rockford 250x4 amps and focal tweeters/mids and Rockford rears and SWS8 sub's. Stock HU.

I am also experiencing some feedback/hissing from the rear/mid/tweets even when the radio is off. Has anyone had experience with ground loop noise isolators?
