3rd row = rear air suspension?

It is regularly stated that 3rd row seating comes with rear air suspension and this would make sense because the third row seats appear to be more expensive on models with base suspension.

So how do I know if I have got rear air suspension? Should it be stated on the spec on BMW archive or can I easily tell by looking? (i.e. what should I be looking for)?

Yes, 3rd row have to have the rear air suspension.
You can just take a look at it. If you have a non air-suspension, you can see a spring right away. Otherwise, it is just an airbag.
