Rear bumper replacement

Hey all-

I was rear ended and need a new bumper, brake light, and lower tailgate.

Does anyone have diagrams on how to remove the rear bumper? I'm considering doing the labor except for paint on my own. (Unless y'all talk me out if it). I dread bringing it to a shop only to have them do more damage.
