i HATE talking on a phone. more than 5 min on a phone for me is an absolute torture. so i am all text and email. plus with my memory, having conversation history is a very needed feature. haha

When you go to compose a text message, you should see a little round button with a picture of a camera on it. click it.
and you need to reboot after installing .ipcc

now, the big question is, how is AT&T going to charge us for these MMS? I'm sure they had a bunch of people working overtime to enable us with this "brand new" technology.

i got a text from ATT saying:
"Picture and video messaging (MMS) is now available for iPhone. Your existing messaging plan includes unlimited send and receipt of text, picture and video messages. to enable MMS, connect your iPhone to your computer and click "Check for Update" in iTunes, then restart your iPhone"

does that mean I need to be on 3.1??

Can't do that in my industry. If you can't talk on the phone to customers (internal and external), you wouldn't be around for long. And no, it isn't financial advice, selling insurance, etc. Hell, our company has even so far as to declare "email blackouts" and say "PICK UP THE GODDAMN PHONE AND TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!"

I'm not kidding....


This month I had 13 conference calls. Uggghhh.....

thankfully my only customers are internal developers/users. i don't talk to anyone else, beside vendors and support.

i do have an invite for a 12 *HOUR* conference call for this Sunday. FML...

We use the AT&T conference call service for our conference calls. And, yes, we use it often.
