Need help deciding for new compact digital P&S

I'm looking to pick up a new compact digital point and shoot for my upcoming Mexico vacation. I currently have a Sony P&S, but it's getting old. My price point is around $250 - $300. I'm looking for a good quality compact digital. I'm looking for it to take decent low light photos. As well as decent quality video clips.

These are the two I'm considering. I've also heard good things about the Canon S95, but it's more expensive.

Any suggestions and input from experts will be appreciated.

I would go with the S95, but since it's out of your range, go with the Panasonic since it has a Leica lens.

I'd bite the bullet and get the Canon G12. It was a bit out if my range at first but I have no regrets.
