people that work out.... have you ever heard of show-tech?
supposedly its these pills that will make you bigger faster. judging from the description it sounds like these are basically steroids but they are supposed to be "not as bad" as steroids and have very little side effects.

Sounds really shady to me. It claims to make you gain 10lbs of muscle in 5 days? Yeah right. I wouldn't go near the stuff.

Why are you going after PH anyway? Have you really plauted that much that you'd have to use PH?
Use a good creatine supplement and some NO and you should see good gains after a little bit of work. Try to eat clean and eat a lot as well. |

Nico... if u wanna get big u gotta work out and push a lot of weight, less reps. then right before u work out get some whey protein, or get some "nitro-tech", and then right after get some "muscle milk". u'll be good to go

Creatine itself really isn't as your body does need creatine. But creatine powders are still being debated and nothing has really been proven one way or the other. But yes, you must stay hydrated.

Creatine ins't all that bad for you. If you're stuck at a plateu it is the perfect supplement to use. Water is a must with creatine, loads of it otherwise you'll get bloated.
Getting big takes time and effort. If you want to get big quick your diet should contain a lot of protein, almost 1 gram per pound you weigh. |

Just stick to protein and heavy weights. I drink 3 servings of protein/day and 1 serving of creatine after workout, and within a month i've added 1/2 inch on my arms.

I take 8 grams of creatine a day and im fine. I know quite a bit of people that also consume the same ammount and possibly more and they are fine as welll (just cycle it). The only side effect I have seen from creatine is without proper hydration your muscles will cramp up. Id love to see some scientific proof that creatine is bad for you.
